My name is Kathryn and my passion is to help people FEEL positive changes in their bodies and RECALL those qualities each day with simple, mindful tools for self-care. I am a trained educator and TRAGER® Instructor. I am fascinated by how our bodies hold the story of our life experiences, including the big and little traumas. I’m inspired by recent developments in neuroscience, which affirm the brain’s ability to adapt and renew throughout our lives, enabling us to make profound changes.
WHY I LOVE WHAT I DO
I love seeing the excitement in clients as they discover what feeling good feels like! It is a joy to BE WITH each person in partnership to listen to the stories the body can tell and to find hope and resilience in learning ways to Pause, Arrive and return to a base of calm, comfort and connection.
HOW IT WORKS
We will work together in a series of one-on -one sessions designed to support and nurture you. I will help you feel and experience life differently through gentle and inviting touch and movement. The learning is kinesthetic, sending positive sensations through your body to your mind. Once you have new memories of deep relaxation and peace, you can bring back these qualities in your daily life with tools you will learn in the sessions.
